Terms of Service
- Standard / Regular Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Short-Term Rental / Airbnb Cleaning
- Post-Renovation Cleaning
- Add-on services (upon request)
- Clients may book appointments online, by phone, or by text.
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on traffic, weather, or prior bookings.
- Accurate home information (size, number of rooms, condition) must be provided to ensure proper pricing.
- All pricing is based on home size, condition, and the selected service package.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, pet-heavy cleaning needs, or additional labour time.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, e-transfer, and other options listed on our website.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): Up to 50% of the service cost
- Same-day Cancellation or No-Show: Full service fee may be charged
- Lockout Fee: If cleaners cannot access the home upon arrival, the full service charge may apply
- Being home
- Providing a door code
- Leaving a key with concierge
- Granting permission to enter building or unit
If entry is not possible, the no-show/lockout policy applies.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If an area was missed or not cleaned to standard:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- We will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost
Refunds are not offered, but we will always work to correct any issues.
7. Damages & Liability
While we take great care in every home, Dust Bunnies Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not properly secured by the Client
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation of fixtures, shelves, blinds, etc.
Any claim of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Our cleaners are insured, and valid claims will be reviewed promptly in accordance with Ontario standards.
8. Health & Safety
We may refuse or stop service if the home contains:
- Mould
- Hazardous conditions
- Bodily fluids or waste
- Infestations (insects, rodents, bedbugs)
- Unsafe or aggressive pets
Such conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Secure valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents
- Pick up toys, clothing, and personal items before cleaners arrive
- Ensure utilities (electricity, running water, lighting) are active
- Notify us of any special cleaning instructions, fragile items, or areas to avoid
- Secure pets if needed
10. Recurring Service Policies
For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service plans:
- Rates may be adjusted due to changes in home condition or operational costs
- If cleanings are skipped or delayed, the next service may be priced as a “first-time” or “deep clean”
11. Privacy Policy
Dust Bunnies Cleaning collects and uses personal information only for booking, billing, communication, and service-related purposes.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except when required for service delivery or law enforcement.

12. Right to Refuse Service
Dust Bunnies Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any time for reasons including:
- Unsafe environments
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Excessive undisclosed cleaning demands
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
